On this call, we will be discussing the complexities of refinancing a multi unit, title split deal, so you can approach these deals with more knowledge and confidence.

Mark has first hand experience when it comes to securing lending on title split refinances, as he has done so on many occasions for his client's. He will be sharing live and previous case studies of what complications his client's were facing and how they got around them.
