For the first time on our Masterminds, we welcome Matt Irvine from Optimum Digits. Matt is an accountant by trade, so we're quite confident that he knows his stuff when it comes to the figures. However, he has taken his skills of putting the figures together and is now a very successful Property Developer.

We also welcome back to the event, David Darkin from Darkin Architects. David has blessed us with his presence and knowledge once before on our calls and is in fact Tom's architect of choice for Title Splitting.
