For the first time on our Masterminds, we welcome Huw Jones an Auctioneer from Town & Country Property Auctions.
Huw is going to guide us through the process of buying at auction, a process that requires a quick turn around and a knowledgeable Power Team. 
Many investors stay away from auctions, as they simply don't have the right education. This is where you can take advantage and find yourself some great deals!

We also welcome Gareth Morgan, a Property Finance Broker from Prime Property Finance. Gareth is one of those key individuals within your Power Team that you can't live without. Having access to the right lenders for the right properties is very important, especially when you're buying at auction and it takes a very well experienced broker to help place your deal with the right lender, in the short time frame auction purchases usually require.
